A website or WhatsApp request is not a confirmed booking until the operator sends confirmation and any required payment conditions have been met.
2. Prices
Prices are quoted for the specific date, group size, inclusions and itinerary stated in the quotation. Changes to group size or services may change the price.
3. Itinerary changes
Routes may be adjusted for weather, road conditions, security instructions, site closures, activity availability, traffic or other operational reasons. Where possible, a suitable alternative will be proposed.
4. Wildlife
Wildlife is not controlled by the operator. No specific animal sighting can be guaranteed.
5. Pickup and timing
Clients should be ready at the agreed pickup time. Flight-based programs depend on actual arrival, immigration, baggage collection and road conditions.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms shown in your final quotation or booking confirmation apply to your reservation. Add your final standard policy here before publishing the site.
7. Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, personal medication and compliance with local entry and travel requirements.
